Strangerio works when people feel safe to say hi. These rules apply to every video, voice and text conversation.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older. Never involve minors in any way. Reports about minors are handled first.
No nudity or sexual content
Keep clothes on and keep it non-sexual. This includes exposing yourself, sexual acts, and sexual requests.
Respect people
No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on who someone is.
No violence or dangerous acts
Do not show or encourage violence, self-harm, weapons used to threaten, or illegal drugs.
No spam, scams or ads
Do not advertise, sell, ask for money, or push people to other apps or websites. Links are blocked in chat.
No recording without consent
Do not record, screenshot or share other people without their clear permission.
Be yourself
Do not impersonate others, use pre-recorded or fake video, or run bots.
What happens if you break the rules
Your video may be hidden automatically, the conversation may end, and your access may be suspended. Repeated violations lead to longer suspensions. Serious violations, especially involving minors, lead to a permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
